Waterleaf designed this mixed-use project at NE Fremont and 50th Avenue. The Beaumont Village Lofts include 24 multi-family units on the upper two floors, with structured parking and 4,400 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The design blends the established residential architectural styles with a modern urban loft flair. Exterior materials were carefully selected to allow the building to blend with surrounding historic buildings.
