In collaboration with private building owners, nonprofits and public agencies on new mixed-use, renovations, and adaptive reuse projects throughout the Northwest, we believe in designing the most sustainable building solution for existing and new structures, renovating to meet seismic code, and providing universal access for future generations.
Our approach for design starts with meeting the needs of our clients and residents, listening to their vision and concerns, and recommending solutions to fit within the resources allocated for their projects.
At the crux of our work with higher education clients is a persistent, well-trained eye for the needs of students, researchers, and staff.
