Utilizing integrated project delivery, Waterleaf serves as the architect of the design for the renovation and adaptive reuse of the historic Oregon Health Sciences University's Auditorium Building located on OHSU’s Marquam Hill campus that is the largest gathering space on the Marquam Hill campus. It is upgraded with universal design, mechanical, electric, AV, IT systems, as well as accessible restrooms, a new heating and cooling system, a modernized conference space, office renovations, elevator, and exterior landscape improvements.
