Waterleaf provided design services for this renovation and expansion of the old Oregon State Motor Pool building that now serves as the new home for the Portland Community College Industry & Trades Department on Swan Island. The project scope includes new classrooms, welding labs, carpentry labs, boiler room labs, HVAC labs, faculty offices, conference room, and sustainable landscape design.
