This adaptive re-use of the 5-story circa 1951 downtown Portland Newberry’s department store converts the upper floors to creative office space, with retail remaining on the ground floor. A new custom midcentury-modern-inspired ground floor lobby provides an attractive entrance for the office tenants with new windows and skylights bringing ample daylight into the open workspaces.
