Waterleaf performed an exterior renovation to this 148,000 square foot 1947-era student housing complex within the National Historic District on the OSU campus. Work included exterior brick rehabilitation, window retrofit, ADA accessibility upgrade, fire sprinkler and alarm upgrade, and fire and life safety improvements.
