Waterleaf provided architectural and interior design and renovation services for this 44,000 sf, three story, 1922 Historic Landmark building renovation in downtown Portland, restoring the unique character of the Telegram Building. The building was redesigned with two floors of basement parking and a rooftop penthouse addition, full seismic upgrade, storefront restoration and reconstruction, new entrance and lobby.
