Waterleaf provided architectural services for the transformation of the historic Trinity Lutheran Church building into a cultural arts center, including addressing accessibility, seismic stability and planning for future uses in a cost-effective manner. The building now houses a 200-seat performance and event space, classrooms, galleries, a ceramics studio and a full kitchen. These spaces allow the center to offer courses in various visual arts, theater and music, and provides a location for community events.
