Waterleaf lead a multidisciplinary team to update the current accessibility, mechanical and electrical systems and theater conditions to create a professional level theater experience. The phased construction of the 31-year-old, three-story music and theater arts building included the McKenzie and Schwarz theaters, theater facilities, practice rooms, and exterior entry site work. Improvements were made to audience flow and seating configurations allowing access for all. Updates to the theater design and production infrastructure include a new revolving stage.  Mechanical HVAC systems, electrical power and lighting were also updated.  Read more from EOU here and the LaGrande Observer here.
